Don't Start Promoting Your Podcast on Pinterest Without This Training!
Anyone can hop on Pinterest and start adding links to their podcast. Lots of podcasters are already doing it. Even Apple is posting about podcasts on Pinterest. And they have the right idea.
That’s because Pinterest has millions of users all around the globe. People who are using it to search for information, ideas, tips and tricks. Every month there are an estimated 5 BILLION searches on Pinterest.
And a post on Pinterest has a longer lifespan than any other social media platform. In fact, a post on Pinterest can actively be shown to users for months and even YEARS!
That’s right, YEARS! (In the training I share an example of my own post that has been bringing people to the Podcast Maniac blog for over 2 years!)
So if anyone can do it, why do you need a training about it?
The problem is that most podcasters aren’t using Pinterest WELL.
I see their posts on Pinterest and I think, “They aren’t doing it right,” or “That could be so much better!”.
In truth, there’s no one “right” or “wrong”, but there IS a method for creating a pin that will get people to click over to your podcast.
Promoting your podcast on Pinterest requires you to think like a Pinterest user. It’s not enough to just drop a “New episode out now” announcement.
In this training, you’ll learn the easy method for turning your podcast content into a visual post that Pinterest will want to show to users, and that users will actually click on.
Once you learn this method, you’ll be able to quickly promote each of your podcast episodes on Pinterest, including links to the episode in your podcast feed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pinterest content is made by its users, so there’s hardly a topic that you can’t promote.
That said, Pinterest does restrict posts that include hate speech, content that is overtly misrepresenting facts, or overtly sexual (pornographic) material.
You can absolutely post about your politics podcast, but you can’t make posts that appear to be endorsing any particular candidate.
A quick scroll through Pinterest will show you just how many companies—from prestigious universities to car rental companies—are using Pinterest to reach their ideal audience. If they think it’s worth their dollars, you should find it worth your time.
No, Pinterest is not just for women. And it’s not just for finding recipes and pinning cool outfits, either.
According to https://business.pinterest.com/audience/ (June 2023):
- Women make up more than 60% of Pinterest’s global audience
- Male Pinners and Gen Z Pinners are up 40% year over year
- US Millennial Pinners are up 35% year over year
- 45% of people in the US with a household income over $100K are on Pinterest
“Pinners” are users who are creating or sharing content.
You don’t have to live in the United States to use Pinterest or make Pinterest content. You don’t even have to make your content in English.
According to https://backlinko.com/pinterest-users, Pinterest had 361 million monthly active users based outside of the US in 2022.
The great news is that the method for using Pinterest and making pins is the same no matter which country you’re in, so this training is still totally relevant to you.
Since I cannot track your use of this training (whether or not you have watched the videos, or if you have followed the instructions for Pinterest account set-up and making posts), I cannot offer a refund.
There are no guarantees that your podcast subscriber count will skyrocket from using Pinterest. Pinterest is a long-term strategy for getting people to discover your podcast (posts on Pinterest commonly get clicks months and years after you post them).
If you purchase the training, and you have questions about any of the instructions, or you need reassurances that you’re setting things up correctly, I will happily answer questions via email.
